We use the Functional Range Assessment (FRA®) to examine your body on a joint-by-joint basis. It gives us everything we need to customize your training plan fully to get the best results possible.

KINSTRETCH
LEARN TO MOVE WITH PURPOSE IN A GROUP SETTING.
Our personal training program is designed for those who prefer individual attention. However, there’s a time and place for the fun and excitement of group training. It’s an opportunity to push your mobility limits, and you’ll find yourself among a group of individuals who share your enthusiasm for stretching, mobilizing, and strengthening their joints.
Experience the benefits of learning in a group setting by joining one of our local KINSTRETCH classes. You’ll not only improve your mobility and joint strength but also enjoy the camaraderie and shared learning that comes from a group environment.
